The location is ideal to walk & visit Madrid centre. Rooms are beautiful and big with everything you need and a good cupboard to keep your belongings. The shower is amazing. Staff is super nice and the restaurant offers a nice menu & nice tapas with very good wine selection at a very good price compared to the tapas places around. The best quality price you can find. We'll definitely come back.

This place is really amazing. Beautiful rooms. Fantastic location and the service is really as good as it gets. Stay here if you can. Been on holiday for a couple of weeks now and this is the best hotel by far. Awesome. Victor on concierge was super helpful 👍👍👍

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the staff member. They made us feel very welcomed and tried their best to help answer our questions. Below are the best things about this property as well as some things we think could be better. Staff is very friendly, especially Victor. He was very courteous and went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and the stroller. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. Shower is awesome but we felt like the water pressure could have been a little higher. There are quite a few USB-A outlets which are convenience for non-EU tourists, but with more devices using USB-C, it would be nice if they could be added. Breakfast was great and the two ladies running the breakfast are very friendly. Only complaint is that even though churros were served, we didn’t find any chocolate to go with them. There are some inconvenience with strollers due to stairs at the front entrance and the small elevators, but they are manageable and the awesomeness of this hotel makes it all worth it. (Initially we didn’t think of taking the strollers apart to carry upstairs, and the front desk staff had no issue using the wheelchair lift to get it up for us. Fun experience watching our baby get lifted up). Would definitely stay again if we are in Madrid in the future. We highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderfully convenient location in a beautiful area. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. But, it's the customer service that sets this hotel apart! Even before check-in, they were helpful to us. The concierge was knowledgeable and helped us orient our time well. He was also incredibly helpful with our bags (my husband had recently had surgery and couldn't lift anything) and getting us a taxi when our stay was over. I would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

I have no word to express there excellent service. From the bell boy to the front desk all the services was just amazing. Room and washroom got more than enough commodities to use. Most of them made of sustainable materials .Wow!!They have steamer machine in the room to iron your cloths. Specially thanks to victor who helped with luggage and Cristina was so smily and friendly while checked in. And when checked out I met Miriam with a lovely goodbye See you again......

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
