Spent 3 wonderful nights at Atoles Retreat in September 2023. We stayed in the Serenity Suite, which is the second to last room towards the bottom of the cliff. The suite was beautiful and we loved our outdoor space. The hotel is hidden from the main road and is very quiet. It was nice to be away from the busy roads and noise. The daily breakfast was delicious, and you place your order the day before. Neil and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. They were always available to answer any questions and helped us make dinner, spa, and taxi reservations. Communication was done via WhatsApp and they were always prompt to respond. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Santorini!

Wonderful stay, very relaxing as our first time in Santorini. Atoles combines elegant design with absolute comfort, laid-back sophistication combined with high-end amenities. They fully embraced the concept of contemporary minimalism, with its colors, shapes and materials, creating a sensitive balance between richness and restraint. The evidence of traditional architecture is in harmonious coexistence of the prime and the modern. The team knows the genuine meaning hospitality, exceptional service, bespoke design in an atmosphere of ultimate privacy and charm. We stayed 4 nights at the Serenity Suite with a plunge pool and amazing Caldera views. The spacious terrace with private pool, offered us an astonishing view of the Caldera, the Aegean Sea and the sunset. It is the best location in the island for sunset views for sure! All rooms are amazing. Simple luxury, very attentive to details. Highly impressed with the Diptique bath amenities, well made slippers, their sophisticated outdoor furniture from Ferm, premium 100% lin linen, bath and pool towels, Villeroy & Boch ceramics, complimentary bottles of water in the mini bar, Nespresso machine and coffee with beautiful India Madavi espresso cups, and the charm of menu breakfast served in our terrace with design table wear… also the welcoming complimentary bottle of Greek wine upon arrival. Atoles Retreat is impeccable. The staff is very friendly. They supported us in every moment of our vacation ensuring we would get the most of Santorini. Super friendly, they give you 24/7 WhatsApp support, helping us with the car rental company, boat cruise and other island best recommendation.

We had a great stay! Lovely staff and breathtaking view! The interior and design of this hotel is truly aesthetically pleasing. I would like to commend our lovely cleaner who’s attention to details was spot on. She’s friendly and always smiling. Also to the lovely Maria at the reception who hasnt failed at recommending the best places to eat and visit whilst in Santorini. Highly enjoyed our stay however just a little note was the AC in the room it never went below 25degrees. At night is manageable but the morning can be tough. Thankfully we have a plunge pool that can help with the heat. Thanks Atoles team! You have been wonderful.

Absolutely faultless stay at this beautiful hotel. Such a great find, we had the infinity suite which was just as nice inside as it was outside. The views from this room were the best in Santorini, uninterrupted sunset over the caldera. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast delivered to the terrace each morning was fantastic. Really well located in Imerovigli, great for walking around the area as it’s on the Fira to Oia footpath, but our room was tucked away from it that we never felt the intrusion which we saw other hotels in the area would have suffered. Overall perfect stay, would recommend without a doubt.

Our stay at Atoles Retreat in Santorini was an experience that left us utterly captivated and enchanted. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was more than just an accommodation—it was a haven of luxury and tranquility that made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. The interiors of Atoles Retreat are nothing short of breathtaking. The meticulous attention to detail in the design of the rooms, along with the impeccable styling decor, created an ambiance of sheer elegance and comfort. Every corner seemed to tell a story, and we were constantly discovering new facets of the artistic and thoughtfully curated decor. Of course, the highlight of our stay was the stunning outdoor area and the infinity pool that seemed to blend seamlessly with the azure sky and the cerulean Aegean Sea. The vistas were nothing short of breathtaking, offering panoramic views that felt straight out of a postcard. The sheer beauty of the landscape left us awestruck, and we found ourselves spending hours by the poolside, basking in the glorious Mediterranean sun. What truly set Atoles Retreat apart, however, was the exceptional service and responsiveness of the staff. George, in particular, was a gem who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection. He orchestrated ferry transfers, airport pickups, and even accommodated our late check-outs seamlessly. A surprise touch of Prosecco in our room added an extra layer of romance and celebration to our honeymoon. But it was George's responsiveness that truly astounded us. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, he remained available over WhatsApp, providing us with invaluable advice and recommendations on alternative accommodations. Without a doubt, Atoles Retreat was the pinnacle of luxury and relaxation, making it the best place we stayed during our honeymoon. It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
