The check in process was well planned and supported; plus the room was really clean. To be honest, I am a person which worries about hygiene and cleanliness of the place I would reside but the unit exceeded my expectations. The set up was based on a minimalist concept which I really appreciated as it meant less clutter and more space. The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond. This was especially proven on one night when someone decided to do some drill works at 11pm. After the update from our side, the situation was resolved in minutes. I would definitely return and recommend a stay at Atria Sofo Suites easily to anyone.

Book the unit for small vacation in Malaysia . The location was convenient to travel around the surroundings. Unit was ultra clean and spacious. The host was quick to response and very helpful to solve our concerns. We truly enjoy our stay here and highly recommend to everyone!

Booked Stay In suites for my colleague from overseas before he flying off. As his work schedule got delayed, Woon the person in charge assisted many times to extend the check-out time. Stay In Atria is very helpful and responsive on my last minute request, which is very much appreciated. On top of that, check-in guide is clear and easy to understand, room is clean and spacious. Was definitely a wise choice of stay!

The room very clean and comfortable to stay in. There were two aircons and the room cooled quickly. I was anxious for my first trip, but the hosts were friendly and quick to reponse my enquiries. The location of hotel just right above of Atria Shopping Mall, made it easy to find and I was thankful that I didn’t have any trouble finding food. Nice stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
