The location is amazing, very central, close to both the tower and a lot of restaurants. The room (we booked the smallest one) was perfectly fine for a short stay. It was relatively small, but there was a very convenient walk-in closet, and the bathroom was also comfortable. We didn't book breakfast but received discount for a very good place nearby. Finally, Nicol was a great host and the communication was very good. We booked through their website, not, and while there were some issues with the payment, we managed to solve them together.

This BnB offers a very good experience of Pisa! A couple minutes walk from the tower, it is super clean, the owner was super friendly she did everything in her power to ease our arrival. Special thanks to her! Would definitely recommend for a quick trip to the city.

We had an easy booking process and great communication prior to our arrival. The B & B is a short taxi ride from the airport. When we arrived the rooms was perfect, we had an additional room, and 2 bathrooms. They were immaculately clean. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk through very pleasant streets to the Tower. We used Pisa as a base taking trains to Lucca, Siena and Florence and coming back to Pisa for an evening meal. The public transport system is very good, clean, timely and good value. A wonderful experience.

Great place to stay and value for money. It's right in the centre - 3 min walking distance to the tower. The room is clean, quiet, cozy and beautiful, and the owners are lovely. Defintely worth it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
