        The room was ok. The problem was we forget there a quite expensive hair straightener. As we are also living in Italy we have asked If its possible to send it to our address with us paying all delivery costs. The owner answered yes, we gave him address but nothing happened. It is more than 6 months, owner is not answering phone calls or sms. We have already travelled twice near to Rome, so we also could pick it up. That is why I am giving 1 star. Place with a good services is not acting like this.

        Very polite and helpful owner.Clean and comfortable place with AC which is needed in summers ,View from window not worthwhile.Lift very narrow but manageable.breakfast not available when we were there last year but as a budget place it is quite good and the rest is compensated by the very friendly owner.

        The room was ok. The problem was we forget there a quite expensive hair straightener.         Excellent B&B, strategic for its location 10 minutes by car from the center of Rome with free parking and/or garage (for a fee) or if you don't have a car there are vehicles available just a few meters away. Excellent cleaning. Excellent value for money. The owner Giorgio welcomed us, a nice person and available for anything. I absolutely recommend! See you next time😁

        Cozy, clean room, heated even in the morning, the owner, very helpful even to keep our bags after leaving the room, subway 10 minutes away, bus under the house and taxis with a modest sum of €11/13 took us back from the center of Rome . I really recommend it.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
