Hotel is very clean, breakfast is better than most. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown stores and restaurants. However the construction across the street will ensure you are an early riser. The staff is super friendly, especially if you speak Spanish ;-). If you do not, just smile. Staff at reception speaks English but for the rest of the staff, they do not seem to speak English. All in all I would stay here again and could recommend this hotel without issue. This property is well run and is a pleasure to visit. Glad I had the chance to stay here.

This is a well located hotel in the Brickell area. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room was kept clean but I did find some dust and unsweeped areas. The hotel gave us an early check in which was great for a young family but our first room the bedroom TV didn't work. I called almost 3-4x the front desk before anyone picked up the phone. This is my biggest complaint of the hotel, the front desk do not pick up the phone if you have an issue; I had to go down to the front desk several times during my stay to resolve some issues with the room. The included breakfast is simple, it's not the best, but gets the job done. If you are just looking for a place to stay in Brickell area without any fancy amenities, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Location is great but had issues right from the start! Toilets didn’t work, the rooms don’t get cleaned, they just make the bed and swap the towels. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Currently on hold having had previous calls and having to call (from the U.K.) to stop them trying to take further payments (5 times at the value of $1000) from my card when I’ve already paid the bill. Ridiculous service.

We booked Atwell for 5nights before our cruise. Perfect location. You can go to any part of Miami using public transport. Room big, very modern and clean. They cleaned the room every day. Breakfast was ok. Our favourite was happy hours on 24th floor. Every evening we ordered food from Uber and had dinner on their balcony. The view cost millions. Love watching sunset I will be back and of course highly recommend it to anyone.

I was in 2304 for three nights. The room was pretty big with two rooms. 1 full bathroom with a shower and 1 half bath. Some of the fixtures and trim in the room looked a little cheap and hastily installed. The towel rack in the bathroom was coming off the wall so it wasn't installed properly. There was a wooden board hanging in the 1/2 bath closet that was just hanging there covering large holes in the wall which seemed unfinished and odd. It was really nice having a huge balcony. The furniture was in good condition and good quality. I pulled out the sofa bed for my brother to sleep in and there were dirty sheets and towels still in the bed from the previous guest. There were even food crumbs still in the sofa bed so housekeeping should really be checking sofa beds when people check out. I told the front desk, they offered to room move me but I declined and asked that they send someone to pick up the linens, which they did. The first floor restaurant bar was nice with decent food and drinks. The top floor bar was too brightly lit and reminded me of a college dorm room public area so I walked in and immediately left lol. The pool was nice with good views and the gym was decent and had a full set of weights and cable machines. The location is great within a 2 minute walk of the Brickell metro station, which I used frequently. The area is very nice with lots of shopping, coffee shops and restaurants within a few minute walk. You don't really even need to Uber unless you are going to south beach or areas outside of downtown Miami. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
