        Great location, so close to everything we wanted to visit as well. Amazing bakery “Breka” down the street! Only giving 4 star because parking with the hotel is expensive if you don’t find street parking and the weekend we were staying the pool was closed for a staff party so we didn’t really get to use the amenities.

        We stayed here for 6 nights. While the rooms are a little out dated, they were clean and the bed was comfy. We absolutely loved the view! The location couldn’t have been better, although there was no breakfast or restaurant there was a very good bakery BREKA across the road and a great pub behind the hotel for a hot meal. There were plenty of options for transport all of which was tap and go. The staff were friendly and super helpful, and nothing was too much bother. Our only negative was the lighting was very poor and of course the older style room. However the wonderful view more than made up for the inadequate lighting. Finding the hotel wasn’t easy as the name is on the side wall of the entry rather than the front and if coming from the other direction you wouldn’t see it at all. On the front of the building is the complex’s name. We would recommend to friends and family, and would certainly stay there again when in Vancouver.

        Not what I would consider a 5-star hotel. For starters, the room is really small. They give you a glass bottle of water instead of sealed plastic bottles, which is unusual. Heater made a rattling noise all night, and any which way I moved the thermostat, the temp stayed an uncomfortable 73 degrees at night while we’re trying to sleep. Light bulb out in the bathroom. Bathroom shower floor squeaked when using the shower. Wall switches to control power to outlets…really?? Only provided one robe for a room for two. Worst part is they gave us a room right outside the elevator door. Heard elevator dings all night. Will not be back for another stay.

        Really good location for the cruise terminal. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The refrigerator in the room (1212) was very noisy. Had a second stay here after our cruise. Had a much better room this time (1007). Again staff were just so helpful and even loaned me a baggage scale to make sure our cases did not exceed or baggage allowance.

        Luxurious experience Pros -Beautiful view -Clean, spacious room -Swimming Pool Cons -Expensive -Dry We stayed at the King suite harbour view room. The view was amazing and such a treat to be able to look out of those giant windows every day. As beautiful as the view was, I wonder if my children would've been just as content with the city view. Speaking of children, I must warn that the windows posed a bit of a safety concern because they could've easily opened the windows and fallen out. But, as long as we were watching them, we all could enjoy the view. The Swimming Pool was made available to people staying at the hotel through the Terminal City Club. It was really nice, as was the gym, squash courts, shower and change rooms. The problem with such a luxurious hotel was that it was expensive. But, the experience that you get somewhat justifies it. I guess it's up to your needs and preferences. I also felt a bit dry while I was there, even though Vancouver itself is fairly humid. Perhaps it was the air quality control within the hotel? We did have to call them for water quite often. Every time, they were quick to respond. We also had an issue with the safe not working. They responded fairly quickly and had it fixed in no time.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
