        Recently stayed here as we needed somewhere dog friendly. It was just perfect, clean, tidy with no frills, lovely staff and quiet!! Slept soundly, even the dog!! Easy walk to Newmarket for breakfast. Thank you team xx

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the manager ensures patrons are cared for.         The worst motel ever. Would not consider in the future. 1) room was dusty and gross. People in the next room yelling all night long. Could not sleep well. I asked for another room but the reception said all rooms were occupied. 2) TV was not functioning at all. 3) guests downstairs were rude.

        For the lady in the office, thank you for trying to accomidate.....you were brilliant. As for the manager, you should be fired mate...to speak to a client like you did last night, not sure how you keep your job...we arrived on site and were happily welcomed but seeing the room...it was horrible, moved the bed away to make a big bed for my kids and dog hare...night crawlers everything under the bed...i have taken pictures as this is not as H&S regulations....opened up the bed to lay down my 8 month old baby and $%#%#%#^ mate there was dog hare in my bed....i would not recommend this place infact i will contact heath department to investigate. Good luck......

        Nice and comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly. Downside: 1.Found a long black hair in the toilet area as well as an eyeglass. So housekeeping needs to be more attentive to details. 2. Parking was so tight.
