I liked this place very much. It's nicer than I expected. They are currently doing renovations which might put some people off but it doesn't affect the room you stay in. The cleanliness was slightly lacking in the way that the coffee cups weren't entirely clean. I couldn't fault anything else, the bathroom and shower were amazing. Comfy beds too. Great price, and free parking! Will definitely consider staying here again when I'm back in Auckland

I really enjoyed my stay, the renovated rooms are a fantastic improvement compared to the older rooms, and the view of the Rose Garden is lovely. The staff are friendly and the restaurant for breakfast with both cooked and cold selections makes for a great start to the day. The location is very convenient, I found it easy to get to from the motorway and parking is included. Overall it’s a nice place to stay at reasonable rates. I will look forward to see their continuing renovations.

Have stayed here before and always recommended to family and friends but now with the new renovations its definitely a 10/10, room was clean, bathroom was modern and water pressure was mint. Super affordable and the breakfast was top notch 👌 For our large family it is always accommodating.

Went there almost a year ago, I was just thinking about it, and so here I am sending a feedback. My friends and I loved the atmosphere, rooms were clean and the staff was always ready for every need. We also loved the food, from breakfast to dinner! Wish I could come again, I miss New Zealand, especially Auckland!

The room I was in was tidy but a little bit dated- In saying that , they are in the process of refurbishing the rooms so will only get better. Great priced rooms. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Great location - a short walk to spark arena and across from the rose gardens. Will definitely be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
