Terrible hotel. The staff were rude and with bad attitude. The room was old, and had a bad smell. The bed was very uncomfortable. The AC was very noisey. Wifi was extremely slow and kept disconnecting. There was nothing good about this hotel. Save your money and find another hotel. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The hotel is nearby the Copacabana beach and around is everything what someone need. The room inventory are old and also the bathroom showed the real age. Hot water for a shower could be more or ones in the evening nothing. The air condition is loud like a jet, when it's running. From outside you can hear the water drops falling of the condition down under. The towel and Bedsheet were small or defect. Don't remove the Bedsheets, you will see the liquids from the person before or other specials. The Wifi Repeater was nearby the lift and most of the connections, were bad about often reconnects of the equipment. The breakfast is international and for this price range ok. The lobby stuff is friendly and helps in any cases.

Upon arrival, the rooms and toilets were unclean, emitting unpleasant odors. The staff exhibited a discourteous demeanor, with the hotel manager being uncooperative in addressing the numerous issues raised. Regrettably, the internet connectivity within the rooms was consistently non-functional despite multiple room changes. This lack of internet access was particularly inconvenient for work and leisure-related online activities. Additionally, the promised breakfast buffet was absent, replaced only by stale fruit. The breakfast room itself was unkempt, with tables left uncleared by the staff. The outdated state of the gym and rooftop further detracted from the overall experience. In light of these disappointments, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. My stay here was marred by the most horrendous encounter I've ever had in the realm of hospitality. As a frequent traveler for both business and leisure, having visited numerous hotels across the globe, this particular establishment stands out as an absolute shock. The policy of charging $20 for visitors is laughable, adding to the accumulating grievances. This entire experience soured my initial days in Rio, leading me to shorten my stay from one week to a mere two days. Despite my decision to check out prematurely, no refund or compensation was provided. The manager's rude demeanor only served to underscore the lack of concern for guests' well-being. This sentiment was further reinforced when conversing with seven fellow hotel guests who shared similar experiences, with no noticeable improvements in sight.

This is an average category hotel. The rooms are not that great. The lobby is small. The breakfast area is also not that big. But I liked tge breakfast items. It was good enough. The hotel has a Greek and Portuguese influence in its paintings and interior decorations. The lift were horrible. The spaces are not that clean. But the most positive thing would be the staffs at the reception. They are very cordial and speaks english very well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
