Very nice hotel with clean rooms and an excellent staff that is always helpful. Rates are also affordable. Hotel is located close to the metro station so you can enjoy major tourist attractions in Rome. Hotel staff speaks English in addition to Italian which is very helpful for those who don't speak Italian language. My daughter and I, we really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Be very careful if you make a reservation through the hotel's website (and not through other internet providers such as Booking), since the hotel cancels the reservation the same day of check-in, supposedly because they have not been able to charge the card. They give you excuses such as that they have called you or sent you an e-mail to cancel your reservation. Edit 1: And despite the hotel's response, it is completely false that they called us by phone and sent us emails. The card number is correct and the card had not been charged (confirmed by the bank). Everything indicates that they wanted to sell the room at a higher price later, leaving us without a reservation on the same day.

Very clean and unique hotel with very helpful staff. They helped us with a taxi when ours kept getting cancelled. We loved the large room/bathroom and large private terrace. It is on a somewhat noisy road, there were pretty constant sirens during the day and night. Overall, it was a good value.

Hotel was really nice, staff was really helpful and we got a choice which room we would preffer. Only thing, which might be negative for someone, is surroundings, which is not the best one.

We stayed in the Lovely room. Enjoyed the spa bathroom. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. After a hectic day roaming around Rome, the relaxing environment of the hotel was welcoming. Close to the metro. Easy access to all tourist sites. Would absolutely stay at this location again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
