Close to the train station but very quiet. All staff were professional and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Roberto for serving me wine when there was not a bartender. This hotel has a wonderful sitting area as well as a very pleasant breakfast area. If in Milan again I would stay again.

Great location across from the main station and good signage made it easy to find. We took the airport shuttle bus for 10 euro which dropped us at the central station. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of variety.

I have based my score on a simple cost/quality ratio. I really feel ripped off for the amount paid. The hotel is shabby and rundown. The desk staff were friendly enough but at no point did the disheveled porter offer to help with my (heavy) baggage. The bathroom fittings were barely fit for purpose. Windows did not have nets despite Milan being infested by mosquitoes. Given the lack of working AC or ventilation in the room I kept the window open and woke during the night covered in bites. To top it I was woken in the morning by hammering workmen in the room adjacent to mine.

Really close to the Milano Central Train Station & close to many restaurants. Complimentary water provided in the mini fridge & big room. Not soundproof (can hear the toilet flush from the next door), toilet flush is very loud (old fashion type) & no kettle or coffee machine provided (need to go to the bar to ask for hot water each time). The keychain & key is very bulky & heavy.

Older hotel with charm. Service was great (can't comment on breakfast as we didn't eat here). Location is close to the Centrale station. Some transit noise but nothing too distracting and not during the night. Would definitely stay here again. Good sized room.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
