we are here for 6 nights. hotel is well-run and very good value. everything works (ac, wifi, plumbing) and is well thought out, comfortable, particularly beds, reading light, chairs outside the rooms, hooks in the right places. nothing is tacky! desk clerk/manager is extremely helpful (and enthusiastic). beach is slightly inconvenient to walk to (500 m, go via the mud baths). (overall, i didn't want to leave.)

Stayed here for 8 days and everything was perfect, really comfortable beds, good Internet speed, lovely spacious bathroom. The two brothers who run it couldn't be more helpful, arranged sim cards and a scooter for us and recommended great places to eat. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and a beautiful beach with calm clear water 5 minutes away. Doesn't get any better than this!!

We had such a good time staying here! Great location, dog friendly, clean, super kind and helpful reception staff. As mentioned by someone else, there were neighbours burning trash. But the rest of the road was lovely and full of good restaurants for breakfast. Thank you so much, we hope to come back again soon :)

The owners are very friendly and also fluent in English. The beds are soft, the room comes stocked with plenty of towels and complementary water bottles, the shower has hot water, and the price is very affordable. The beach is in walking distance, too. I do recommend you let the owner know in advance what time you want to go out in the morning, because they lock the place up at night and you may find yourself locked in if you want to go out early. This happened to us on the first morning, and I think I might have woken up the owner to let us out, but he was very kind about it and came down within 5 minutes of me calling him. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
