I had an amazing time at this place! The rooms were super clean, and the heater kept us nice and toasty. The staff was not only friendly but also really helpful (especially Justin👍), making us feel right at home. What made it even better was how conveniently located it was. We could easily check out all the cool spots and stores nearby. If you're looking for a cozy, clean place with friendly staff and a great location, this is it! Highly recommend it!

The Aurora Premium Hotel and Spa is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, Hanoi. The room was comfortable, and the customer service was outstanding. A special thanks to Ms. Maria at the reception for her exceptional assistance; she made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. 🙌🏼🇻🇳

AMAZING location! The hotel is in old quarters and within walking distance to so many things. There’s so much going on outside our hotel but surprisingly we didn’t hear anything from our room. We stayed for 4 nights, the first 2 nights was in their deluxe double room then last two were in their executive city view room. The deluxe double room was small but beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and any toiletries needed are provided. The executive city view room was a little bigger and as it says in the name of the room, had a big window with a view of the streets right outside. Breakfast isn’t included but we did try it, not much to say about it, there were a few items to choose from and pho made to order. The hotel staff were all very friendly and even offered us a meal box when we had an early morning tour. We did have difficulty communicating with some of the staff but they really made every effort to help and understand us which we appreciated. Thank you Aurora Premium Hotel for the wonderful experience.

Like the environment and location here, nearby all the attractions in walking distance. The rooms and toilets are clean, From the minute we walked through the doors, the folks at the hotel were super friendly and professional, making us feel right at home. They kept that welcoming vibe all the way until we said our goodbyes. Big shoutout to David and Justin – these guys went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. Much love for their fantastic help! The room was impressively clean and comfy. Simple joys like a reliable water heater and ample universal plugs for all our gadgets made the stay even more enjoyable. They've nailed the details! (Btw, we just booked the cheapest room!) Oh ya, great view at the rooftop bar as well!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
