Great location, service and rooms. I recommend this place because it's quiet, staff are nice and helpful and it's clean. I have read some complaints about noise but we were not on the street side. The year before we were but it wasn't that noisy. They did have to fix the hot water heater when we were there the year before and this year. It was less than a day without hot water and not a big deal. To be honest, you're out of the hotel most of the time if you're going out and exploring. Therefore, it's a great place to stay.

+Super nice and helpful staff: starting from welcome drink till the last day. +I just want to repeat - the front desk was AMAZING! +Very good location, clean and nice room. +Relax area on the 6th floor is also really nice and cozy. +I like that they give beach towels (upon request) +Cosmetics in the room (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion) +They clean rooms every day. -shower gets flooded (I didn’t mention it to the receptionist) - balcony, I was expecting like a real balcony, with table and chairs, however, it’s very small and covered with front wall decoration, so, you aren’t able to see the view (even if it’s street view) - very small pool, however, there were no people around, so it was more than enough to have it all for myself. - after cleaning, all pieces of soap were replaced with the new ones- i believe lots of people would like it, but I prefer sustainability, therefore, I kindly suggest you to leave already used soap as well as new ones, so visitors like me could still use old ones

There were no windows and the toillet was too small that you couldn’t open the door properly, but the reception was very friendly. The cleanliness was mediocre even by Mexican standards.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
