A convenient location (5 minutes from the train station) for an overnight stay. Difficult to locate at first as it is down an alley-way and in a commercial-like building. Just one floor of rooms and nicely decorated. A quick subway ride from the main part of the city - Milan Cathedral and the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel 11 shopping centre are a must to see but basically all that there is to see. We looked for and we’re expecting lots of pick-pockets but didn’t really see any - perhaps being winter or all the recent publicity has scared them off.

Perfectly fine for a one night stay but not more than that. Good location next to the train station as we had an early start the next day. However, the room was smallish and dark, the WiFi didn't work, and the water was lukewarm at best. But the bed was comfy and the service was helpful.

Enjoyed our stay there. The location is really good, a short walk from Milan Central Station. The room was quite big and really comfortable with ac that we had full control. Just a note is that when you're looking for the hotel don't look for a big sign or grand entrance (the entrance is on the side of the building.

The hotel is well decorated and rooms well equipped, the staff are friendly too, but the hotel is small, just 10 rooms, all leading off the reception. The result is that you hear everyone going in and out of their rooms. If you are planning to be out late in the evening or you sleep very heavily this might work for you, but if you go to bed before 2am and appreciate a bit of peace and quiet at night then stay clear of this hotel. As you may have guessed, we had an awful time here, it felt more like a budget hostel for travellers than a boutique hotel with drunk revellers coming in throughout the evening and early hours.

Pros: really close to the Milan Central Station, the room is clean and spacious, extremely friendly staff. Cons: unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros, the room was cold and the AC was not able to heat it up; beds and pillows are super stiff, I woke up having back and neck pain.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
