Really nice house with a lot of space for a big group. Kitchen fully renovated and a huge dining table for a large family or group of friends. Bedrooms were ample and nicely decorated. Our family enjoyed the time in Sarah's place. Only cons is that is has a lot of steps to get to the top floor which wasn't a issue for us but it is something to consider if travelling with elderly people. We definitely recommend this place and the service Sarah provided us.

The host, made us feel at home. she gave us clean instructions how to check in and gave us a lovely welcome package of tea/coffee with goodies. The place itself had a wow factor to the furniture and dressings. All looks brand new with a luxury feel. There were amazing personal touches to everything. The area was very quiet and had a peaceful feel to it. It felt more like a hoilday home to us than a normal airb@b. All the facilities all worked very well and we're easy to use. plenty of space to put all of our things away. whether it be kichen things or clothes, lots of space for everything. I am disabled and lucky to own a medical alert dog. He loved it there and had plenty of room to run around the garden and wasn't too far away from a big park to take him. I loved it too as I could use my wheelchair all downstairs as they have wide doorframe and a lovely downstairs facilities. I had no problem getting hold of the host if I had any questions. we would definitely stay there again

Such a fantastic property for me and my team of employees to stay… very spacious kitchen and lounge area that worked perfect for our needs. the touch of a pool table gave my guys something other to keep them occupied following the long days. It is really hard to find negatives, hence why I’ve booked it for next week and would again in the future.

The most unpredictable and unprofessional.We made an advance booking with full payment and when we went to ask them for a confirmation they cancelled our booking without a mail or a text.They were not at all responsive and it was the worst experience I have ever had.Post that they made another booking and charged me with my card details which I had not requested.It was a nightmare!Total SCAM

I strongly caution against choosing AV Stays for accommodation. Their lack of professionalism includes unannounced booking cancellations, unhelpful representatives, and an alarming incident where my credit card details were used without consent. This experience felt like nothing short of a scam. Beware before considering their seemingly affordable rates.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
