This is a great little hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was perfect and the pool area was lovely. The only suggestion I would make is to add a few more pool chairs and umbrellas. They served a great breakfast with a range of options. The location is fantastic... just a short stroll to the beach. But the street its on has everything you could need for a holiday on the doorstep!

We had an extended stay here of 12 nights and really enjoyed it!! We got the pool access room and I enjoyed having that amenity. We got to know the staff, they’re very kind if you are! They strive to provide a great guest experience! Be kind and patient with them, it’s a great team! Our room was cleaned and well kept. Housekeeping did an amazing job, daily. The location is perfect. You can walk to anything, taxi service right outside. Laundry, and currency exchange next door. All tours will also pick up and drop off here for free. I enjoyed coffee and the egg bar in the mornings.

Its an amazing 4 star restaurant with excellent amenities, a good swimming pool, and a nice balcony view, there are plenty of Indian restaurants nearby to look for. The market area is also nearby to visit. Breakfast is good with multiple cuisines. We had a memorable honeymoon trip since the hotel had welcomed us with a romantic bed decoration which we liked a lot.

First of all, the location is very good. However, we have very bad experience with the management. It is not worth to spend that much money on the room. The staff is rude. They are just smiling all the time, but not helping. The management is poor. Someone should take steps to improve things. 4-star hotel staff do not know how to welcome guests and if you are Indian then they will not listen to you. The toilet had a fouling smell. Overall my experience taken is very bad. Think twice if you are booking the rooms. One good thing is to use the location of the hotel to find another hotel as the location is good.

The hotel was in a primary location and around 5 min walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious and great. The staffs were polite and the breakfast buffet had good options. We stayed here for 3 days and had a great time

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
