        I was here for a marriage, guided to park in basement, which was stinking with garbage, so the 1st impression itself was worst. While attending the marriage the attender was not keen to attend the guests, he served welcome drink & starter just once in the beginning then vanished, when asked, he said its over. It's just shocking & insulting statement. It repeated during lunch too, the sweet dish was over & they didn't bother to refill it. In short, the management is very poor, it's a pathetic service. I strongly recommend not to keep any events here, it's simply waste of money, over & above you will end up losing your image.

        I had a bad experience with this place. I had booked hotel in advance for 7 days and it was in written on email by Avalon. On last the the guy manager asked me to checkout because they are having some wedding booking. I gently told him I have booked in advance so why should I check out early, so he talked very arrogantly that the hotel is booked for wedding and by mistake they have Given me the confirmation for 7 days. In short people (not all but they guy I delt with , I don't remember exact name but shekar something), talking arrogantly and thinking like he not the manager of hotel but owner of mine. I genuinely believe people specially in hospitality industry should have decency to accept their mistake and deal the situation with calmness and with good attitude. I won't suggest to stay at place where they don't respect their customers and prefer one customer over other just because of someone is having bulk booking. Poor management!!

        For the guests of our marriage, we had made hotel reservations. Both the suits were booked for a bride's family, and the conditions of the rooms were pathetic. There was no intercom service, electrical switches were broken, AC was making continuous noise, the mattresses were of substandard quality and the floors were dirty. The room service was subpar. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone due to our embarrassment in front of the guests regarding the hotel's service and quality.

        Went for a family wedding function last week. Cleanliness was pathetic as it felt totally mismanaged and the behaviour of the staff/manager was very rude towards the guest too. Food counter guys could not manage and even after reminding, could not serve well, bad coordination among themselves too, as they did not know when to refill food!! Would never recommend anyone for any kind of functions!!

        while booking it was informed will get complementary rooms for bride n groom on behalf of hotel bt at last moment they backed out also got room after 2hrs and that too the condition of room was apathetic, lights were not working properly. Moreover Disrespectful behaviour of staff and manager towards the guests Manager was instructed to serve the welcome drink as soon as the guests arrive bt they didn't serve even after informing the tunings twice and all prior to the events We tasted the food before finalising the hotel bt the taste and quality of the food served to our guests were totally different after tasting the food we were so embarrassed in front of our guests. There is not such option to give zero rating, this hotel doesn't deserve 1 rating as well. Think 1000 times before booking this hotel.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
