The hotel is a n excellent choice for the ones in transit from Gare du Nord/ Gare de l´Est and there are many cafe, restaurants and shops in the area. The rooms are clean, nice, you can sleep quietly despite the fact that the hotel is on a main street. The staff is friendly and the online check in prior to the arrival saves you time. i have give n 4 stars because the breakfast offer is to be improved with more choice and different presentation that allows everyone to circulate better . I would recommend to book the room only and have breakfast in one of the nearby bakeries and cafes.

We (a family of four) rented an apartment at the top of this classic French building. There's a small lift up to the 5th floor and some rickety stairs up to the flat. However, we really liked it. The flat was clean enough and well-decorated. There was enough room for all our belongings and it was nice and quiet at night despite the central location. The shower room was a good size and there was also a kitchenette which was handy. We'd happily stay there again.

Charged 3x listed price for city tax. Even though the hotel was booked and paid for a head of time they charged us a $200+ "deposit" stating "company policy". I've staying in many hotels, 7 in the past week alone and this is the only hotel to ever take a deposit for a prepaid room. They have "high-speed wifi" if you count 5Kbps as high speed, can't even load your email let alone anything else, useful. Walls are paper thin, you can hear literally everything including the cleaning staff chatting on the phone all morning instead of actually cleaning the disgusting rooms. Very close to du Nord, that's a plus at least.

Our experience was very positive based on what were our needs. We were traveling by train so the location was absolutely perfect as the hotel is just 5 minute walk from Gare du Nord. The rooms were very clean and the staff very nice and always ready to help. The room has tight spaces but on the other hand there was a small kitchenette well equipped that came in very handy considering we were travelling with a small child. All spaces are quite small and tight (small lift too)We found a good deal so overall we were very happy with the choice of this hotel.

Great value. Rooms are gorgeously decorated. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Highly recommend especially if you need to be near Gare du Nord.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
