Fantastic hotel. Great spacious room, clean and with nicely curated decoration. The service is really on top of things, and they go above and beyond to make sure guest have a great stay. Location couldn't be better plus breakfast is fantastic!

Nice hotel with a central location. Modern and clean rooms, you could however easily hear noices from other rooms and corridors. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice with many choices, however the coffee machine keeps struggling every breakfast and the juice were often empty.

The room layout is quite nice but the drawbacks make it not worth it. -Only central heating in winter. Even turning off the central heating and leaving a window open had the room at 25 degrees at night. The website claims to have air conditioning in the room, but you have no control over it. -Loud humming noise from the electrical box in the room

Very good location. Convenient to two metros and many attractions and restaurants are walkable. Away from the crowds of Gran Via and Sol. Rooms are clean and while not opulent have all the necessities. Wifi is good. Breakfast buffet is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gym is adequate - several cardio machines and one combined weight machine as well as free weights. One thing to note, despite being the highest level GHA member, I didnt appear to receive any of those benefits.

Outstanding hotel!! I was really impressed. It was my first time in an Avani Hotel. Stayed there last night, solo trip to Madrid. Excellent value for money. I was able to check in at midday, although normally not until 3pm. There are some building works going on but I didnt notice much. The most comfortable bed I've slept on in ages, very clean room, nice touches in the bathroom with wonderful smelling shampoo, gels, conditioner, lotions etc, and mini-bar with kettle and tea. You literally cross the road from the Metro station, perfect location in the city. Wonderful reception staff. I didn't eat breakfast as I was leaving early to catch a train. I'll return without doubt my next trip to Madrid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
