Absolutely stunning hotel. Kinda confusing the first time traveling through the buildings because there is 3 to the top, but once you figure it out, getting to the top where the pool is, the view is spectacular! Breakfast was amazing and worth getting up for. Highly recommend!

Incredible experience! Stay here! Great for families, solo travelers, and couples. The infinity pool and view is out of this world. Breakfast each morning has amazing selection, and plenty of food to chose from each day. Everyone was friendly and the rooms. Super modern!

It's our first time to Krabi and booking this resort is the one of the best decisions we made. Location is very very conveniently situated along the main road, accessible to restaurants, massage parlours and dive shops. It's also a short distance walk to the beach and pier for easy transport to other islands. Daily breakfast is decent, with some variety over the days. Overall, excellent stay!

Simply Amazing. We stayed at this location for 3 nights. These have been the best nights in our Thailand trip. Pros: 1. Location is perfect. Close to everything - beaches, food places, spa, etc 2. The rooms are extremely great and comes with a lot of amenities. No shortage of drinking water (6 bottles each day) 3. The resort has 2 swimming pools, including an infinity pool. Amazing! 4. We only had the breakfast buffet and that was good and a decent price 5. They have a help desk/concierge service that helps you with all your bookings, transfers and activities Cons: 1. The prices of the acticity/transfer packages can be 10-20% more expensive. You can instead choose to get them from a lot of shops just outside the resort (every 10 meters you’ll find a travel desk) 2. NOTHING else. Absolutely mothing to complain about😂

The hotel has an excellent location. The front desk and staff are very friendly. The bed is comfortable, and there are many choices for breakfast. However, the room cleaning is not thorough; there is a lot of dust and even screws on the floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
