We stayed overnight so we could dine in Yakuza (which is attached to the hotel) for my husband's birthday. Clean, well appointed, nice staff. We opted for room with a balcony. The location is great. Right off of main boulevard of Liberdade. So easy walk to high-end shopping, other good eateries but no traffic noise. And very reasonably priced.

We stayed in the hotel in before just before Christmas and the we really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and staff was friendly and willing to assist in any way. Location is excellent you can easily walk to the center, train station, and restaurants.

Very nice hotel within walking distance from the historical center and other amenities. Seasonal tasty breakfast, freshly pressed orange juice, fruits and assortment of pastries. Comfortable bed, spacious room well furnished, friendly staff

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say that it did not meet my expectations for a four-star experience. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and the furniture appeared deteriorated and scratched. The most significant issue was with the bathroom, particularly the positioning of the shower. On a positive note, I had a pleasant experience with the receptionist, who was helpful.

The experience was very good over all.. But on the second day of our stay, before leaving for the day to roam around Lisbon , I had kept a few clothes on hangers in the wardrobe, at night when we returned one whole pair of clothes had gone missing and the room had been cleaned post us leaving the room. We were there for 3 nights and inspite of mine requesting the hotel many times, no one bothered to look into the matter or search for the missing clothes. It was not a question of one pair of missing clothes, but the attitude of not paying attention to something that had been probably stolen from our room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
