        Greatly enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was smaller than it looked on the picture but it was very cosy and nicely equipped. They also accommodated my request for a quieter room on the upper floor. Breakfast was decent and again, amazing service. The only area for improvement I’d say is the corridor decors - the furnishing just doesn’t match the rest of the aesthetic!! But that’s a rather minor point. Overall, very good hotel. Would definitely recommend to friends.

        We spent 2 nights here. Due to a booking offer, we had a suite which came in handy as rooms are otherwise quite small. The hotel was clean, reception was efficient and the bathroom (shower) was pleasant to use. The planning of the room (mirror, lamp) could have been more thoughtful. The corridors were uninspiring. Location is slightly off-centre, but the Duomo is within walking distance and there are several restaurant choices in the area. There appears to be a very good fish restaurant on site but we only realised this late. Breakfast is excellent, including the possibility of ordering eggs your way (we chose omelettes), and they catered for our food requirements. We would be glad to return here, although we would probably try to find somewhere cheaper (not much of that available in Milan).

        Thank you for a fantastic stay! The rooms are very clean, both in aesthetic and in tidiness. They offer an assortment of in-room amenities that go beyond what is typically offered by hotels in the same vein. The staff are welcoming, friendly and charismatic, which elevated the enjoyment of our stay. The spa is not to be missed, as well as the breakfast buffet. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

        I really wanted to love this hotel, I thought the exterior was gorgeous and historical and the lobby looked very sleek and modern. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance to train stations, and access public transportation is literally across the street. The best part of this hotel would be the front desk/lobby staff. They were so friendly and offered suggestions of things to do, we really did enjoy communicating with them and they were really sweet and personable. Where the hotel fell a little short on expectation would be their rooms. Stepping out of the elevator and into the hallway really put you into a claustrophobic dormitory state of mind. The Jr Suite was a little blasé. A 6ft wall separating a living space to the sleeping area. The floors were a little dirty but they did provide slippers to wear in your room. I think they forgot to restock our room after the last guests stayed there as there was half-empty bottle of water in the fridge. The hotel staff did apologize and gave us two extra bottles of water which was appreciated. Our second night we moved into another room (a last minute booking on our part) and we stayed in a Superior Room (?) personally, I enjoyed the look of the second room. Stairs tucked behind the bed led you to a cute loft area and I did like the high ceilings.

        I stayed at the hotel for work and must say that I totally hit the jackpot! The hotel was stylish and clean and the rooms were a good size with a comfortable bed. But what impressed me most was how super friendly everyone was. The staff were always smiling and chatty and very helpful. I will definitely go there again - this time for a proper vacation 😊
