I had a pleasant stay at this hotel for five nights during my business trip. The location is great, close to many attractions and public transport. The only downside is that it can get quite noisy at night, so bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The restaurant is a highlight, with a beautiful ambiance and a variety of delicious dishes. The service is also excellent, especially from Mr. Kıvanç, who was very kind and welcoming and all staff were friendly honestly.

I would like to thank this upscale hotel where my family and I came and stayed in the suite. The workers responded to my requests quickly and were very cooperative. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very delicious. Even when I left and returned to my place of residence, I had forgotten a book. I called them and they told me that they would send it with fast shipping and within two days the book arrived.

Air con was giving really bad smell, thankfully the windows could open. Staff are really helpful, always went above and beyond. Cleaning was spot on. Swimming pool was okay, needs little new paint other then that all good. Steam room was really nice. Our room was facing the traffic onto the motorway, which got little loud at peak traffic times.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Overall, the staff is great. Really helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious with multiple options. Location is good too and is walking distance to the metro station. Only issue is that there are some rooms which are not sound proof so you hear the traffic noise all night. But the staff was really good about it and they changed the room when I requested. Overall for the price paid it was a great stay as soon as the room was changed.

This is probably my fourt time in this hotel. Amazing location, friendly staff, great value for money! Shoutout to burkan and emre they are the best and were very helpful!! I highly recommand

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
