Hotel was clean, and property is amazing for the price, especially the location. You're literally near everything you need! We stay here every year, this is our 5th year. We have never had a problem in the past however this year there was no TV service in the room due to an outage, someone cut the line. Which is fine, thing happen! But maybe a discount, or even another food voucher for the inconvenience would have been appreciated. I also used the laundry in bldg 2, and the soap machine kept charging my card, and guess what, no soap dispensed. Attempted to get a refund for the soap that I never received and had no response from front desk. Hotel bar is amazing! Recommend visiting when Jeffery is working, will make the party live. Pool area clean, and fun as usual. I just think the whole TV situation put a bad taste in my mouth, some sort of offer or discount or voucher would've totally fixed this. Probably won't return on our annual trip, they don't seem to care of their long term customers anymore :/

Staying here was not a good experience. Started off poorly at check-in when informed that a poolside room that I had booked six weeks in advance was not available. They did waive the resort fees as compensation, but the point is that I wanted a poolside room, and that is what I booked weeks earlier. The room itself was updated and clean enough. The bathroom was NOT part of any recent renovation and was downright disgusting. Ours had dirt, hair, grime, broken tiles that had been patched & painted over. We lost TV signal halfway through our stay. I inquired multiple times about the issue but didn't receive any remedies or even any communications. Ran out of soaps and other bathroom products half way through our stay and requests for resupply went unanswered. The pool area was enjoyable. The location was great near Icon Park.

This was a great hotel! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool, bar, cafe, arcade, and fitness center were amazing! We were happy to get the free breakfast which is breakfast vouchers for your stay and it came in handy. Only issue were the beds, they were a bit uncomfortable for our liking but we managed. We would definitely visit again!

Our first room was a corner block facing the road and did not get any sleep. On changing rooms to face the pool was much quieter. Although the room had a fridge, microwave and coffee making machine it really needed a deep clean (like a washed floor) and a clean blanket on the bedding. They really are disgusting. Was very impressed when twice we needed the maintenance man he arrived with in minutes. On the whole an enjoyable stay. Could do with more security as really some undesirable clientele. The whole place stinks of dope. Person peeing over the walkway balcony. Which unfortunately reflects badly on the Avanti. Grounds and pool all kept very clean.

So I’ve been to another hotel since Avanti and it made me miss Avanti. The first thing we liked was the pleasant smell at check in. Check in was friendly even when she wasn’t feeling well. We reserved the room with the jacuzzi. Room was clean, jacuzzi clean. My husband enjoyed the friendliness of the bar associate. I know it’s not the Rosen Shingle but believe me there is worse. How about a hotel with a robot to check you in and bad smells throughout the hotel. I can’t speak to the pool or the other amenities but what we did experience was nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
