We arrived at Avaton Resort and Spa, no pictures or words could express how wonderful it is here. The resort was fantastic the atmosphere and the vibe with the stunning views from the hotel rooms and from the infinity pool was amazing and that does not include the stunning sunsets you get to experience here. The staff are amazing so helpful and would do their best to move the earth for your convenience and relaxation. They even remembered our drink preference. Kostas (the owner) was so helpful he couldn't do more even if he tried. His knowledge and guidance of the area help us to maximise our holiday to perfection. The food at the resort was amazing we ate their nearly overnight and wish we could stay longer. Our room had a private hot tub which was so relaxing to sit in and watch the world go by. Thank you to everyone for making it a memorable experience.

Avaton Resort and Spa is an exceptional hotel offering the most luxurious and welcoming stay to their guests. The staff are incredible, always kind and super friendly, and always ready to help / answer any questions. A special thanks to Khosta at the reception. Omg, I can't describe the quality and kindness of this man 💖. The modern and tranquil rooms are spectacular with unbeatable views. We stayed in the Suite (avaton), which is superb. The food is delicious, especially the tuna pizza. For the ultimate luxury Greek getaway, Avaton Resort and Spa is the absolute choice - they don't miss any details to ensure the best and most indulgent stay for their guests.

The view from this hotel is breathtaking. The service is a 5 star plus. Everyone is always making sure you have everything you need to have a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, lots of places to eat around 30 min walk from Fira and 20 mi hte drive to Oia. I will definitely be going back.

My wife and I had the move wonderful 3 night stay at Avaton recently. It exceeded all our expectations. The view from our veranda was absolutely amazing. The "free breakfast" each morning was more like a a breakfast feast delivered to our room. Service from all staff was outstanding, especially from Kostas the onsite manager. Highly recommend!!! We'll be back.

This is a 5+ star resort. Just completed a dream stay with my family of 6. Amazing location, perfect rooms and absolute flawless service by Kostas and staff. All staff are so professional and friendly. Top notch chef for all meals. The most wonderful place we have stayed "in the world"!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
