Although almost all the rooms were available, they charged high fee for just 1 hour early check-in. The room price is already high itself compared to the quality, and they charge extra fee for everything!!! Really let people disappointed and we definitely won’t come back and won’t recommend this hotel for anyone. The beds were uncomfortable, and the mattress can easily be moved from the bed. I almost fell from the bed because of the moving mattress.

This hotel is opposite the beach, not far from the airport. Front office be it morning or night shifts, all are very friendly and really helpful. As I can't speak their language, so we communicated by showing the Google Translate from my phone. I had the best experience and are very happy with the service given by the hotel. Breakfast was not much at all, probably can improve in the future. Other than that, I will definitely choose to stay here if I happen to visit Da Nang again.

I rented a room from this hotel for one night in the midst of a category 5 storm. At about 9PM the light went out at the hotel as their basement power generator was flooded. A friend of mine who left their motorbike under the basement carpark was also submerged. After the aftermath the hotel provided no apology, no reimbursement on the night stay from power outage and worst of all they gave my friend the run around for the repairs to her motorbike. In the end she had to just wear the cost. The owner was not even contactable and left the responsibility to an intern who had no idea of emergency management. This happened on the 15th October and we would not recommend anyone stay here. They're fine to take your money but provided absolutely no assistance to their guest in times of need.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
