I have nothing but the absolute best to say about this hotel. My now husband and I (plus our families) stayed at this hotel for our trip to Como for our wedding and the hotel truly went above and beyond in the most remarkable ways. They were willing to accommodate a large group, worked with us on all coordination, left surprises for us as newlyweds, helped with car services, etc. I genuinely had such a wonderful week and they are entirely to thank. The service is an absolutely 10/10. Thank you Debora, Alina, Valentina and the rest of the staff - you are all kind, considerate, compassionate and incredible people. The rooms are also stunning. They are clean, modern, and roomy. They are all decorated in a different fashion per town on the lake which is a super cute and fun way to designate the rooms. I loved our room - we stayed in the Bellagio Suite. The hotel is centrally located in town, has a great restaurant, is walkable to everything, has an elevator, and is just genuinely very pretty. We LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay here - so, so grateful. I would recommend this 100000% to anyone!!!

We stayed here for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding. The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff is excellent, the accommodations were perfect. Thank you to all the staff, Debra and Qendrim especially, who always ensured all the family was taken care of and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as was all the food. The location was great, walkable to the lake and ferry and shops. Our whole experience here was top notch. Many thanks to all the staff. We highly recommend Avenue Hotel!!!!

This is a real gem! Modern boutique hotel with large rooms. The staff was very helpful with everything I asked for. They got their own backyard with seating for you to enjoy drinks and food from the cafe next door. The location is in the heart of Como. Walking distance to everything. Will easily stay here again!

There are no words for the experience we had here. The hotel itself was unique in decor, location was incredible for anything you may want to do, and the staff was like no other I’ve ever seen. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful and genuinely wanted you to have the best time ever! They were available for any kind of question we had and helped out with anything that may not have gone as planned such as lost Luggage, travel issues, etc. I have never in all my travels had this type of thoughtfulness. The hotel itself was just so tasteful, well appointed and charming. Our group of 12 felt like the hotel was just for us! I was there for my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding and staying here made the whole experience even more special! Thanks to all of you. I would come back in a second with no hesitation!! 💕😊

The hotel is stunning! We did not plan to stay here, but because of the weather our travel plans changed and we were looking for a place to stay one night. Althrough we booked room just about half hour before checking-in, the receptionist was informed about us coming and room was prepared. Staff was really nic and professional, the hotel location, breakfast and room design were exceptional. I can truly reccomend this place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
