Needed a room for our family of 5 while our electricity was being repaired. We live in Dunwoody so wanted a hotel that was near our kids school and daycare. Location was convenient but all the comments are pretty accurate. The property needs an overhaul. The rooms are cleaned as apparent by the heavy bleach smell when we checked in. But they aren't thoroughly cleaned. We kept stepping on debris on the floors like acorn bits and small pebbles. The hotel uses cheap magnetic room keys that are very sensitive to anything else magnetic. They tell you not to keep your card near your phone. We were only they for one night, I had to get our keys re keyed 3 times. The parking fee seems ridiculous considering it's all outdoor and that's more than enough parking available. The free breakfast that is advertised as being available at 630 doesn't actually start until 7. Had I known all of this in advance, I would have booked down the street for a few more dollars and enjoyed my free warm cookie instead.

Upon reading reviews after we booked, I honestly was really scared of what we may have gotten ourselves into. We arrived around 2AM on Oct 14th. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and it was a quick check-in process. The first room we were assigned had a puddle of water sitting in front of the dishwasher, so we went to the front desk and the woman working the front desk quickly changed rooms for us. Everything else about our stay was perfect.. great water pressure and hot water for showering, room was extremely clean, lots of room and spacious kitchenette with full size refrigerator, plenty of closet space and drawer space for belongings. Also, both rooms we saw looked to be somewhat recently updated.

I live fairly far from all the more interesting activities of Atlanta/Atlanta suburbs and so am often looking for affordable places to stay just so I don't have to make the long drive late at night. I don't need a ton of amenities, just somewhere to sleep for the night that's clean enough and safe enough. This hotel, despite being on a non remarkable street in a decent looking neighborhood, needs to be bulldozed or given a full gut remodel. My first room was in a creepy corner around the back of a building, which had a bunch of very sketchy looking individuals standing around in front of it that stopped talking and stared at me on my way by. The door was open when I arrived and I was unable to close it without tremendous effort, and then I couldn't get it open again. After much panic I finally got out and returned to the front desk to ask for a new room, preferably with a working door. They "upgraded" me to a suite with two levels that was musty, hot, and generally in quite a state of disrepair. Despite being in another building, there were a lot people milling around outside this one as well that gave me a bad feeling. As I was a woman traveling alone, I decided to just take the loss, skip my event and head home. They also charge $5 per night for parking. I believe there was some mention of free breakfast, but I did not stay to see it.

Absolutely NOT! Do not bother staying here. The pictures online are clearly photo shopped because they do not reflect what reality is at all!!! My teenage son and I traveled to Atlanta for him to see specialist at the hospital, the looked perfect for us because it gave him his own space and bathroom. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, my son says "well this is a downgrade in life". It was obvious the property was not being kept up but I told him to give it a chance, it's probably nice inside. We walk into the "lobby" and it was on the same level of a motel 6 and days inn. The woman at the front desk was nice and gave us our keys. We walked the poorly lit path to our room, there is a man smoking weed on the steps to our room. He looks at me and my son and asks "you're going upstairs?" With a chuckle as if he knows something we don't, which was very unsettling. The stairs up to our door felt as if they were about to give out from under us. As soon as I opened the door, I am met with a terrible musty smell and a VERY hot room! When closing the door, I noticed it didn't close all the way so there was an actual gap even when locked. Given the sketchy guy outside and overall area, that made me super uncomfortable. Looking around the room, the ONLY thing in the room that looked clean were the sheets! The carpet was disgusting, the air vents were covered in dust, the lampshade looked like it had been trampled, fluffed and put back on! I tried to tell myself to not overreact but then I turned on the bathroom light and I was done! There was absolutely no way I could ever feel clean using that bathroom! We immediately grabbed our stuff and booked a room at the Hyatt. LASTLY, as I opened the door to leave, the cockroach hanging in the room apparently felt the same way and ran out with us!!!!!! UGH!!! I was so grossed out I didn't have time to take pictures but take my word for it, this is NOT where you want to stay!

This place is not for vacationing family 😭😔. The room had issues, hot water not working, fall hazard stairs and bathroom. Parking lot was always full and they charged for parking. I didn't feel safe with my stay here. This place destroyed my holiday.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
