While we ended up not being able to travel as originally planned, I wanted to express my gratitude for this hotel's stellar level of customer service. They were very responsive, helpful, and polite. Abhishek, their Reservation Manager, impressed me with his incredible balance of professionalism and interpersonal skills. Engaging with their reservations team to work through our travel plan changes felt like a white glove experience. I can only imagine what staying at the actual hotel would be like!

We were a family of 4 (9 and 11 year old) sharing a sea view room overlooking the ocean. The room was large enough to accommodate a king and queen bed and was very clean. The view of the ocean and pool was stunning. The pool itself was the highlight for us - one of the better hotel resort pools we've experienced. The staff were friendly albeit seemed a little junior. The drinks at the bar were average at best. Other than that we loved the stay and would be happy to come back again.

Great service and location. Everything is close by. Warm welcome and good standard on the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wonderful service from the staff members overall. Only feedback why it is not 5 ⭐ is because of the pool area. They don't have a policy of the sunbeds around the pool. Guests run down early in the morning and just occupied the sunbeds. So during the day you can see the guests have not arrived. Just "blocking" them so they can use them sometime during the day. They should remove these after 30 minutes if no one is uses them.

We stayed for 2 nights. As soon as we arrived, we were impressed by their hospitality from the first minute. And they gave us a complimentary room upgrade which was a lovely gesture and coincidentally it was our anniversary as well. When we let Matt know this, he and his team decorated our room within an hour with a few heartfelt well-wishing gesture, a big thanks to his team for this. We loved the stay and felt at home seeing all their efforts and hospitality. Loved their food, drinks collection, pool bar and special mention to their staffs (Matt, Chef Jotin, Trish, Eve, Tana Thai & Everyone).

Fantastic holiday spent. Very helpful staff. Hotel is very new and beautiful design. Beach is just across the road. Great pool and gym. Portosino is the breakfast place and nice options. We came to celebrate our anniversary, we were amazed with the arrangements and hospitality from the reception staff and special thanks to Ms. Bee, Mr. Vansh, Ms. Sun and all, sorry don't remember the names for all but really we will not forget our stay here. Definitely a must stay hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
