I am a man in my mid 70s it was the most unsuitable place I had the miss fortune to book no reception no lounge to relax 14inch tv no food the room was 8 ft by 14 ft it cost £315 for 3 nights the room was never serviced for 3 days I was there .. I was in RAF for 3yrs back in the early 70s in Burma we had far better conditions. I was visiting London for memorial week to pay my respect to Men and Women

A budget Hotel. For the Price it was Ok. 10 minute walk from Euston. The walls in the room were grubby. But overall it was dust free and clean. If your looking for budget stays, you can get cheeper than the 80 quid I payed for.

Great location and reasonable prices. Rooms are definitely quite dated and doesn't feel fresh but you get what you pay for. Strange thing though: they don't let ANY visitors whatsoever, night nor day and it's not even communicated until you actually book the room.

Only 7 minutes away from Euston Station. Super Location, Staff very friendly, the room and bathroom clean 👍 , service good 👍.

Nice manager. Thought I'd booked a boutique hotel but it certainly wasn't. Fine if you just want somewhere to sleep, although bed was v uncomfortable. The room and bathroom were clean which was good news

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
