This is the best hotel around the area. Location is extremely convenient, just right next to the night market. Lots of food and shops around. There is also a bus No.12 stop next to the hotel which brings you straight to and from the airport. Hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. We booked the grand suite on the high floor which has a huge room with a very nice view facing the stadium. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel provides buffet breakfast every morning between 6:30-9:30am. There are soup and dry dish options, together with fruit, drinks and dessert. Restaurant is on the top floor with good environment and views. Noodle soup is mild but other food are quite tasty, and they change dishes everyday. We are extremely happy with the stay at this hotel. Staff is very courteous and friendly which make us feel very welcome.

your staff told me room size is 16 square metre but actually we ordered 25 square metre. and your manger let me approve it is smaller than 25. its contradictory. how funny u are. shame on u. and also room type is different with photo in agoda. so i dont recommend u guys order this hotel in case of terrible experience

Actually it is quite good, not bad. We stayed here for 3 nights in the raining season. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Room is ok and location is central.

Parking lot not welcomed and not supporting local tour guides to park the bike and serve tourist, even though tourguide pick the tourists who staying at this hotel. Security guy is bossy, bad attitude at many time, receptionist didn’t care about it. How bad business if hotel not support tourguide in just simple parking to serve their guests?

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
