We had a great week at this hotel. First of all - good location close to the beach which was most of the time quite empty. Nice breakfasts. The room was ok. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very reasonable price / night. Nice view from the roof bar (plus the pool there). Highly recommended.

Great location, lovely rooftop swimming pool with view and amazing breakfast buffet. The room is little worn-out but the bed and pillows were very comfortable!! There is a tiny refrigerator, but they filled it up with 4 Aquafina big water bottles (not free) that I didn't have room to put other drinks. Cleaner gives 2 small free water bottles which can fit in the tiny refrigerator but that's it. For comfy bed, I will stay here again.

Great location, Amazing service, great breakfast, highly recommended After a lot of searching, going through various reviews we finalized this hotel for our 3 day stay in Phu quoc. Our room was a premier sea view room and the view was really great plus this hotel is 50m to the beach so you can just go beach ready from the hotel itself. They also give you 2 beach towels per day in case you need those. So the location is really worth it. Breakfast - we stayed in Hanoi and da nang before this but I can definitely say that the breakfast options were the best here plus the service provided by Aries, Leo, and Ahri was super friendly and accomodating. We were traveling with a toddler and they entertained and took good care of the baby as well and provided with any we request we made to the 3 of them. Plus they have separate vegetarian options as well. So overall perfect service and a great breakfast.

From the moment we checked in we knew that our stay will be amazing. Everything was brilliant starting from breakfast and finishing with a lovely massage. Best coctails were prepared in the Bar on the top floor. We would like to mention especially one staff, Ms Tien, she made our stay special with the service that we got. Amazing personality, full of positive energy and always willing to help !!!! Thank you Ms Tien !!! Thank you all the Staff of the AVS Hotel for this lovely time of Xmas 2023!!! We will recomend this Hotel to everyone :)

Good location with very detail oriented service. The food at the buffet breakfast has good selection and very delicious. Leo and Aries was our server, they was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
