If you're visiting Munich, I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed! Location is close the city centre, we easily made our way there from the train station. Staff is nice and friendly. The bed was very good which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay, the room was clean and the bathroom modern. The breakfast at the hotel was very tasty and included a great variety of options to choose from. Overall positive vibes which truly made our stay unforgettable. If I could give more than five stars, I would! My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional.

Everything was great except the mold in the corner of the room. The room was generally clean especially the bathroom. Beds comfortable and staff helpful and friendly. The location close to the central station is extremely useful. At the end of our stay we looked around our room to make sure we didnt forget anything and to our utter surprise found a moldy corner. Generally we are not people to complain but this was atrocious. We could not imagine have stayed in a room in such condition. I sincerely hope the management take urgent actions to make appropriate improvements.

Wonderful, clean hotel just a short walk from the main train station and city-wide transportation options. Construction in the area is ongoing, but once inside, the noise is not audible. A restful oasis with a great breakfast, bar, and friendly staff.

Very close to train station. Room was a nice size. Sofa bed was comfortable. Regular bed comfortable. Nice bathroom with deep tub. Mold all over shower curtain. Air Conditioner never went before 24° C. For escape catwalk prevented leaving large window open all night. The price was very high for the overall quality. Breakfast not included- almost 19EU of wanted. Very rough area of town.

The room was very spacious. Though the quietness may be a slight issue it hasn’t deterred me from booking this hotel for February. The staff was very understanding towards noise complaints. It is walking distance to pharmacy, subway, central station and restaurant/bars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
