        Pros ; Staff Room sizes Sea view with sun set Pool - set into landscaped gardens and approx 50m Peaceful Great location - busyish outside Amazing gym opposite the hotel 200 baht a day Cons Air con noisy No beach you can walk on HOWEVER great beach setting with ample sunbeds and a nice outdoor massage. So actually not a major con No muesli or other healthy items for breakfast No gym

        The Awa Resort on Koh Chang was absolutely beautiful. The photos don't do justice to the real charm of this place; it's even more stunning in person. The rooms are immaculate, and instead of the usual overpowering chlorine smell, the Hotels pool exudes a pleasant aroma of essential oils. Affordable massages, friendly staff, and a short walk to other stunning beaches make this resort a hidden gem. The food didn't win me over personally, but that's just a matter of taste. Luckily, there are lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Plus, alternate beaches are just a brief 10-minute stroll away from the hotel's beach. Overall, a great experience!

        Comfortable hotel. Service is pleasant and friendly. The bellman is funny and very helpful. The reception personnel is super friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. Bed was comfy. My only issue was that Theresa musty, mold smell in the rooms. We had to change the room after 1 night due to this. Hopefully during dry season this gets better, however mold is mold. AirCon is also very noisy. Room amenities can improve as well. We got the ocean view room and the amenities didn't feel up to par for the room price. Water Kettle was leaking, hair dryer was very slow. Please note this hotel doesn't have a beach front. The ocean view is very nice and the swimming pool but there's no beach. For the beach have to take transport or walk to go to another nearby beach.

        The room smelled unbearably musty. Everything in the room, all our clothes, had become damp. Our duvet was literally wet from the humidity and we wanted it changed. Even though our reservation was for two nights, we were only able to stay one night. Because the room conditions weren’t healthy. We complained to our room, the room smelled of damp, dirt and dust everywhere, cockroaches found in the room. The air conditioning is very noisy. In general the hotel is not clean. It should be the first thing in a hotel.

        Im thrilled to stay in this hotel. Feel welcome,relax and enjoy the stay. The room was great. Just a bit strange on the room smell... Think something stuck in the drain... But overall is great.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
