I am very impressed with the design of this hotel. Room is minimal, modern and very spacious; bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, the bathroom shower head has a mist function, and several other functions. Overall, it is highly recommended and would come back again. They have a cafe&restaurant (Sarin cafe) where u can walk from there to the riverside. They also have an indoor pool. Great for taking photos. This hotel is a 3-4 stars hotel with a beautiful exterior and interior. The place is very well designed and utilizes the limited space very well. The rooms circles around the building, and u can literally drive up to the room. The parking lot is available on the 3rd floor and at the front of the hotel. The elevator is available. I think if they provide a ramp to at least the front of the room, the room and the hotel building would be considered wheel-chair accessible. Just one tiny thing- the floor in front of the rooms seem to be cobblestone or of similar material, making the maid's cart create quite a loud noise when they clean up the room. This only happens during the day though.

I got a room 110 It’s a Big Room but no window. Near by front desk. I’m here 4 nights for business., mostly busy no time to enjoy hotel facilities. Good Location for enjoying Thai local food, Value of money. Near by Icon Siam, Free shuttle bus and Boat to Icon Siam and Asiatique, Most important is Staff are helpful and friendly.

The staff are pretty good here and they will drop you with the golf cart to your room or even to the street and wave down a taxi if need be. It does feel like a big muppet house, but the breakfast is good and the pool is exceptional. Proximity to most things, no issues, close to Chinatown. Very affordable and does the job.

Excellent position and looks like it's in a shady street but you go for a bit of a wander and you've got a really nice water view on the river and a stupidly good restaurant on your left and you just sit out on the deck and watch the day go by. Huge toilets. Very clean and happy attentive staff. Fast Wi-Fi,has a beautiful pool and comfortable beds with extremely clean linen. Highly recommend. Has a free shuttle drop off from the hotel and you also get chauffeured around. If you want to get your luggage you just ring zero and then come and get you like a golf cart. Professional, clean and really modern.

The best hotel I've ever stay for my trip. Just got back from Bangkok yesterday and I tell you this hotel is just amazing. All the staff are very very friendly and helpful. The service is just so good I might cryyy. Very very recommended for everyone! Definitely will choose this hotel again if I came back to Bangkok. Keep up the good work!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
