The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very noisy even though we were on the 5th floor, it was small and the decoration was outdated, the bar didn't had the basics (i ask for vodka cranberry and they didn't had the juice). Over all it was a very underwhelming experience having visited the Axel hotel in Barcelona we were expecting something better....!

A very warm welcome from the staff at the hotel especially Jaime & Ivan. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast presentation and quality was really good and again the staff were friendly. I loved the design of the rooms, they were spacious and clean. They kindly extended our checkout too. Nothing was too much trouble. There was noise from the street but you expect that from a city hotel.

Staff were great, attentive and lovely. Gym availability, and sky bar on the roof-top really made the difference. I am a repeating customer. Definitely a very nice place to stay during my business trip.

Location is great -- few steps from Anton Martin train, and a few mins walk from Sol, Prado, etc. Check-in was a breeze and the staff seemed friendly. However, the rooms are small and feel a little worn down -- bathroom door was hanging off it's hinges, very little water pressure in the shower (and it would just turn cold suddenly), and the bed felt old and hard. Would've expected much better from Axel. To top it all off, after we'd checked out and settled the bill, they randomly charged my credit card again.

I enjoyed my stay at Axel really a lot! The hotel's spaces, rooms and especially the team were super nice, friendly and helpful in any kind. Special thanks to Iván from reception. Definitely I will come back! :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
