        I have never experienced such kind of service from a hotel before. I booked a room for a trip and unexpectedly had to add a person due to a family emergency. I understand that the hotel is well within its right not to accommodate a 3rd for extra charge or allow us a refund, but out of all the hotels I have stayed at, this is the first one that has refused to budge or engaged in such a manner. Again, I know that the hotel doesn't have to make exceptions, but we also work in the service industry, this is not a college student here to party who decided to add a third, we had a valid medical reason. Even a credit refund or rescheduling in such holiday season would have been a minimum. This hotel is definitely a business meant to be a business, wish we had seen the reviews before booking.

        Helpful location next to a metro stop. Friendly staff at reception and quick check in. Comfortable and nice room, cheeky touch with the toiletries and general sense of marketing. Nice rooftop, didn’t use it but good to have the option there. Didn’t use the breakfast option as didn’t know if it would cater for vegans.

        Great location, staff are extremely helpful. The only downside was our first room….we had a double room which was on the ground floor…hardly any natural light, we only had one mug so it was as if we were quickly dumped in there. That being said we asked to change and the hotel staff got straight to it and changed our room. We were on floor 6 which was much better, the room was really bright, super clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was great to have access to the pool, the decking is a little worn but it was perfect to cool off.

        Air conditioning in the room was horrible. Commented about it on day 1 and was told that it needed some time to cool down. Day 2 we returned from a tour and the room was so hot. We called the front desk and was advised maintenance had gone home for the day and asked “why we didn’t bring it up sooner”. We did. Nobody cared. We wound up having to open the window to cool down the room and couldn’t sleep because of the noise. They offered us free breakfast but we already had breakfast plans. Not one person apologized.

        Second time here. I had breakfast one morning. I would have loved to have seen fresh fried eggs on the menu. The other issue I had was I wanted to take a sauna around 7pm but it was turned off. If I were to improve anything I'd have the pool heated and the sauna open till 9. I'd also open the gym earlier

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
