First time in Porto, but we know we wouldn't have found a better hotel for us. Staff here are professional, kind and friendly. Each guest gets a free glass of port for your stay. While they appreciate you not requesting daily housekeeping, they also make sure your needs are met without pestering you. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer our questions about traveling - all in English, which is amazingly helpful. They also upgraded us to a room with a view ❤️ The location is perfect. We walked to most places and were able to always return to the hotel for a little break/ phone charge between activities. It was also incredibly easy to get picked up or dropped off (Bolt) right in front of the lobby. The hotel is right next to where a lot of the tour groups meet, which is handy. It's also very close to many local favorite restaurants. Another thing people may not always consider important is umbrellas. The hotel provides umbrellas to borrow. During the rainy season, this was quite helpful since we didn't want to be traveling around with more things.

Great location with very clean rooms and friendly staff. We got to the hotel at 14:48, and Nada helped us checked in super easily! She was so nice, friendly, and helpful! All the rooms were clean, the amenities were outstanding, and the view was friendly too! No complaints!

My husband and I stayed at Axis Porto Club for 4 nights. We loved our stay with them! The location of the hotel is perfect. Very easy to reach via train from Porto airport and so central in the city, all points of interest are within a 10-15 minute walk. Our room was lovely, they kindly upgraded us and even organised beautiful birthday flowers for me at my husbands request. The breakfast is typically continental, lots of fruits, breads, cold cuts. They do fried eggs and sausages too. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff, every single one of them are so friendly and helpful! They really want you to have the best time. Thank you Axis Porto Club, we will definitely be coming back!

I stayed there for 6 days. It was amazing and beautiful place to relax. The rooms are clean and good quality. The view was disappointing ( almost no view or to choose the aliados view with extra charge ). Nice and clean facilities. Free water and apples daily in the reception area🍏 🍎. Great team members they are very friendly, helpful and available all the time. I would like to specially thank ms. Naira martins she was great person to deal with and she helped us allot during our stay and mr afonso also helped us during our trip. Good and delicious restaurant. Location is excellent and almost near to any thing and it’s in safe quiet area. If I ever back to portugal 🇵🇹 it will be my first choice to stay in.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Porto. The suite I booked for a long weekend break was disappointing as the lounge area had no natural light and a hard sofa bed to sit on. We ended up sitting on the bed which was in the sleeping area with a view over Aliados avenue. I wouldn't recommend a suite. Breakfast was very self service. At this end of the market I expect more.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
