Rooms are stunning, good view and space. I have an ensuite and love my bathroom. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Has table tennis, do events, staff are friendly and understanding. Used the cinema room multiple times and it has a gym. Really lovely place to live while I’m away from home .

I moved in today and I’m very disappointed. The staff is amazing and that’s about it. Curtains in my bedroom are ripped out of walls and they are very dirty, I found many black hair and even dead bugs behind my mattress and in the toilet and in the lamp ? The shower is full of mold :’) the toilet was literally brown inside. Every wall is signed or have some weird stickers on it. They provide a paper to request maintenance and cleaning, but shouldn’t it be done before? I’m extremely displeased with the state of the room I paid for so much, and It isn’t even the cheapest one here.. I can only hope that they will help me with my problem asap :(

I would give minus rating if that's an option. Worst ever place I ever lived. Most important thing is staff members are very rude and inattentive. They don't pay attention to your complaints. I have complained about missing fridge and freezer from one month and the management is just tossing with me(literally 8 flatmates are using one fridge and freezer). The most of the management is really rude when I went to ask about my complaint status, one of the guys was being very very rude to me instead of resolving the issue properly. He was asking me irrelevant questions in a rude tone. Manager was listening everything from inside but was ignoring and when I insisted on talking to manager then she came outside to talk to me. Most of friends are also having the same issues with the staff. Poorest service. There's nothing in the vicinity. You have to walk at least 15-20 mins to get the basic groceries as well. Not even Tesco delivers at this location. Not at all worth of the money I paid.

Friendly staff, good value for money, rooms are a bit small and I had to remove the last tenants kitchen stuff that they left in the public area. Staff are friendly and the onside gym is free and doesn't require any signing up to use

The management system is the poorest, unsafe for girls, your things get lost easily bas they do not take any action regarding it. Anybody can enter your dome and steal from your room, without permission. Highly not recommended able

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
