A big plus is the jacuzzi and water area. Nearby the big mall where you also have Mercado and some other stores like Aldi, Taco Bell and Bauhaus. Breakfast buffet price has to be reviewed. It is not worth it for the price. Many hotels in Madrid center offer the same price for a much better option and presentation. The restaurant staffs have very poor training on how to respond to a customer’s need. Having to say the word No can be said in a polite tone. Obviously their staffs have zero customer service skills. There is a shuttle that goes to and from the airport every 30 minutes. The drivers we encountered were very helpful and polite. Clean and spacious entrance of the hotel. I would say half of the reception were very helpful and kind while the half needs training.

They allow us to do late check in at no extra cost. We could enjoy staying a little bit in the pool and then take the free shuttle bus to get to the airport. The food in the restaurant was good. Good value for money for those who need to stay near by the airport.

Great location to the airport and a large shopping center is within waing distance. The complimentary airport shuttle was punctual and rapid. The hotel and shuttle staff were professional and helpful. I would repeat the experience again without question.

The room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. Perfect for a family of four. The pool area was fantastic and so was the view of it; however I would not recommend opening the window at night as multiple mosquitoes entered and did not lead to what could have been a very peaceful night's sleep.

Clean and quiet hotel. The food is so bad I dare to say the airplane food tastes much better. Just don’t eat here. The spa is great, staff is friendly. Stayed here cause my flight got canceled.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
