This place was amazing 😍 had a free airport shuttle and the wellness center was great. Very reasonable prices and the staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and good mattresses bathroom was clean and the pool was clean and perfect during that hot day. I would definitely stay here again.

I appreciated the pet-friendly policy and its proximity to IFEMA. Those are the main reasons why we booked it. I had anticipated a double bed as per our request, but we were provided with two single beds, making sleep uncomfortable as they frequently separated in the middle. When I requested a larger bed, the only option offered was a 150x200 bed in a smoking room, which was not pleasant at all. Despite this, we decided not to change rooms The hair dryer conked out after a few minutes, and the receptionists weren't too friendly or interested in addressing your concerns and doubts about the place.

Room is good but it's so disturbing u can hear the noise even they don't have AC only heater is there It was very suffocating so couldn't sleep whole night also they don't have swinging door latch it was very uncomfortable for me bcz I was feeling like someone is gonna open my room's door .they didn't provide me with room sleeper so Better carry one neither basic items were replenished in my room when I checked in- like shower cap,soap,dental kit.also there was no hand gel beside sink so every time I wanted to wash my hand I had to go inside shower area for hand gel.this is for people who use jet spray you will not find it here only tissues.there is nothing much around the hotel there is one mall you'll find everything there like prim mark,Zara,H&M ,mercadona so people who wants to do shopping can go there & few food outlets too.it closes @ 10.so the only good thing about this hotel is it is close to the airport.this was my personal experience but it can b different for u :)

The hotel was a "replacement" as my tour agent claimed that Merriot is fully book. So it may not be a very fair review on my side, kindly take it with a pinch of salt

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
