Lovely new hotel. Rooms very clean, everything brand new. Many complementary appetisers and drinks upon our arrival and stay. Service and stuff very gentile and polite. Great breakfast. Will repeat for sure!

This is one of the best, if not THE best hotel we have ever stayed in! It is wonderful and modern, rooms are spacious, the bed is really comofortable and cleanliness is beyond. Staff is extremely nice, polite and helpful and breakfast is amazingggg! Plus they have so many extra things - new and fully equipped gym, h24 station with free food and drinks, professional hair dryer upon request, hair straightener… Location is pretty good - around 20min walk from the Duomo and only a few minutes to the nearest metro station. You feel amazing from the moment you arrive and you feel sad when you have to leave. Keep up the great work, we hope to have a chance to come back one day! :)

The hotel has a remarkable gym. It's incredibly spacious and well-equipped, surpassing the standards of any hotel gym I've ever encountered. Whether you're a fitness fanatic like me or just want to maintain your exercise routine while traveling, this gym is sure to meet your needs. The true highlight of my stay at Axyhotels Innstyle, however, was the meticulous attention to detail and the abundance of thoughtful perks. The complimentary welcome pack was a heartwarming gesture. Filled with a selection of snacks and drinks, it made me feel genuinely welcomed. What's even better is that these treats were readily available in both the room minibar and the hotel lobby, so I never had to look far for a tasty treat. The quality of the toiletries was also a pleasant surprise. The Culti brand selection was consistently provided throughout the entire hotel, showing a commitment to excellence. These small touches added to the overall luxury of the stay and made me feel pampered throughout. I can't praise the staff at Axyhotels Innstyle enough for their warm welcome and attentive service. Their dedication to ensuring a memorable guest experience is truly commendable. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit and another chance to revel in the incredible hospitality provided by Axyhotels Innstyle. Keep up the fantastic work!

A fully loaded Boutique! Booked the place primarily because it had the required facilities and amenities we were looking for - like Gym and boutique rooms etc - at an affordable price. And this place exceeded our expectations by not just delivering on these, but by also offering a wide range of freebies and goodies that most hotels in this region would happily charge you for without caring out impressing with hospitality. The biggest highlight was the ‘Free Drink and Snack station’ at the lobby level where you could treat yourself to a wide range of freebies - from chocolates and espresso beverages to wine and gourmet cold beverages! The cool Coworking place is also a great place to hang out and get work done if you are doing a bleisure trip. LOCATION: Good location, very close to Centrale station DINE + DRINK: The lobby-level bar also has lovely outdoor terrace seating. Didnt try the breakfast to comment on it. ROOM: We stayed in Room 406, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: OK view of the cityscape from a small window; AIR-CON: The airconditioner was blocked to only HEAT mode and no Cooler available; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely Spa quality toiletries by CULTI brand FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in PRIMARILY IN ITALIAN, with limited channels in English

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
