Horrible Horrible experience. We had a very bad experience. First room had ants problem and Ac didn't work properly and when we move to 2nd room also had ant issues and over the top I got bug bite and got scabies .They didn't change 2nd room sheets and towels and give us dirty towels. They need more stuff and more cleaning in their hotel. .Not a good hotel to stay.

Oustanding place! U can visit everything from there.. the Bazar is close too! the sea and everything! The owner is also a gentleman and very nice to the clients! Food is great also and our stay was amazing! I totally recommend!

The receptionist was helpful and kind. The room had a beautiful view to the sea, and everything looked clean. The breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from. The location is good, close to the main centre, the tram stops 8mins walk away too, there are pretty good food places nearby as well. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it gives you a good place to sleep at, eat at, and walk from to the city. For the money, it was really good:)

Not bad for it's price. The stuff is friendly. But don't expect too much. Great location, but be ready to walk up and down a lot.

The rooms are pretty small for two people but they are neat and clean. There are less options for breakfast for vegetarian people such as milk, cereal, french fries, raw vegetables, bread, butter, jam, toast. It is less than 1 km from Blue Mosque. So, the location is good but since it is not on main road , you have to ask hotel staff to book cab .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
