Good hotel, rooms are bigger than they usually are in similar hotels in Turkey. Cleaned daily. Good breakfast. Oh, and they let my mother-in-law in so she could wait for our arrival - our flight was delight. They did it even though the booking was in my name and I had the money to pay (she didn't). We did ask them to do it in a phone call beforehand.

Lovely place to stay, staff are very hospitable and rooms are nice and tidy. Breakfast is a typical Turkish breakfast but nicer items run out quickly so go earlier! All in all pretty nice, and very good for the price. Lots of Spenny food in the area surrounding it tho, best be careful S x

Great hotel with clean and friendly environment where we stayed 5 nights which is a outstanding option to stay with family . Nearest hotel from SULTANAHMET and GRAND BAZAAR . All facilities are close of this great hotel . TURAN warmly welcomed us from reception really he helped us a lot arranged a good taxi to drop us airport . Hotel have a smart and helpful bell boys EMRE , SAVAS and FURKAN they were friendly and polite . As well as specially thanks to the housekeeper TUGBA she used to clean and manage the room kindly. She is hard worker women and was too polite and friendly to my wife and baby . Honestly their breakfast was delicious and well arranged buffet with a lot of varieties . The more helpful was for me to weighing my luggages before I go airport to ensure the weight of my luggages INSHA ALLAH for sure again I will choose this hotel . Their service and hospitality is unforgettable .

I’m travelling a lot, but never stayed at such hotel. Low customer service, no priority to the clients. Such a disappointing. Not recommended at all!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
