Wonderful place to stay in Mexico City. We only had 2 nights but if I ever go back to the city I’ll definitely stay there again. Gorgeous old building which has been beautifully decorated and filled with colourful art and furnishings. Very comfortable bed and great pressure hot water shower. We had a room with a balcony which was very nice. There’s lots of natural light and space. The hostess was very responsive, helpful and welcoming. I only wish we had had more time to get local info and tips from her. There’s also a well stocked kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. The area is great. Quiet and calm but with lots of lovely restaurants, bars and markets nearby. We hired the city bikes and loved cycling around and exploring. It is also fantastic value. I highly recommend!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BE CAREFUL! They cancelled my reservation without informing me. I showed up and was no one was there. I only found, after talking with their customer service while on the sidewalk with all my luggages. They offered to relocate me somewhere else, but that was far north in a totally different and not attractive part of the city. Of course all the transportation would have been at my charge... That's the worst experience you can provide to a customer, I'll stay away from this chain, and I will advise you to be extremely careful and double check if you book with them. PS: in your answer you try to put the blame on third parties, while it’s not what happened, liars! You confirmed my reservation (you - not the « 3rd party » ), then YOU cancelled it, because they were apparently « damages in the room ». The least you do is to warn the customer, which you didn’t. PERIOD.

It is an excellent place to rest, a magnificent choice for those who visit CDMX. The decor is excellent as is its proximity to restaurants and attractions in the area. The rooms are comfortable and the luggage storage space is very spacious. Excellent communication and service with Yessenia, the house is definitely very nice, with a view of the garden and common areas.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
