The hotel rooms are very nice, clean and quiet. The restaurant has good food at great prices. On the downside, it is far from everything, 6km at least from downtown, the water for showers is just "warm" at most, the staff is friendly but barely speak english so it was hard to get what I wanted most of the time.

Mad Max would have struggled to find a location further into the wasteland. You will need a car or Grab it you don't want to work to the hotel's shuttle schedule for EVERYTHING including convenience store, beach, shopping and massage. Additionally, if you are a sun lover, this place is not for you. There are only a few rickety lounges under the shade located near the kiddies pool. Tranquility optional. The pool.filter droning away in the background. Towels needed to be collected from reception first?! If you are looking at the spa rooms for a romantic interlude, the bath is in full view of almost everyone in the hotel except your neighbour. That includes anyone swimming in the main pool which is odd-shaped and does not lend itself to swimming laps if that's your thing. The breakfast is simple fare but will satisfy those looking to break their fast with the bare necessities. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows had a choice of heights to choose from. The bathroom was spacious with decent amenities. Water pressure OK. The location despite being on the main arterial road, was quite peaceful... except for the jackhammer in a neighbouring property. The service at breakfast was a standout. Happy staff. Inexpensive hotel so you should weigh up the pros and cons. Based on the reviews, plenty of people love it. Mad Max not withstanding.

I stayed here for a few days before New Year. This is not a beach resort. It's far from any beach. It's even difficult to access the ocean as most areas along the ocean are closed by private properties and also a kilometer of walk away. The hotel has a shuttle bus service. But it works so so. You need to book it in advance and may not catch it on the way back. The staff are friendly but have some problems communicating in English. It's still a bit expensive to stay here, so due to the location, I'd probably stay further North in Cha-Am next time. I didn't like the pool area. The water is freezing and not that many chairs to lay down and rest. If you decide to take a swim, you may get in sight by love couples in the "jacuzzi". But probably half of the hotel is in line of sight of those jacuzzis anyways. I want to like this hotel more. But fail mainly to lack of access to a beach, too small of a pool area and the far of location from anything else.

Honestly, i went with my wife and I have never ever ever slept as well in my life. The beds are so comfortable and the place is soooo peaceful. There was a real vibe in the place where everybody smiles at eachother as they walk past. Breakfast was beautiful and there's a free shuttle bus through put the day that takes you to where you need to go. Would definitely go again, just to go to sleep. The photo is my wife sleeping, just to prove how comfortable the beds are

Well maintained hotel with spacious room and comfortable bed! The location is 10 minutes drive away from the town but the free shuttle service made it very accessible. Overall we had a great 2 nights stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
