        Before you enter resort area security always ask you if you come to hotel or just for visiting restaurant and pool. So if you are not a hotel guest they will charge you 15 manats (approx 8.8$) per person, for using sun lounger, umbrella and other items related to pool zone. But this is not the end. If you don’t have your own towel, they will take deposit of 10 manats and charge you 5 manats for each towel. Change rooms are not quite clean and all lockers are broken. All sun loungers are dirty. They have a menu for food but not for all clients. I’ve tried to order some fish, but anything I’ve chosen from menu was unfortunately unavailable at that time. Servant told me the kitchen is very busy now and if I order anything I should wait more that one hour. All he could offer to me was a portion of French fires and lemonade - waiting time 18 min. I couldn’t use the pool cause it was not clean enough. They have two separate pools for kids and adults, but kids can come to adults pool and no one control it. No watchman at the pool. Bad experience. Not recommended for weekend.

        Service is great. Location is about 10 to 15 minute drive from the centre. Beach is beautiful and the pools are clean. Staff is amazing. Our only issue was the cooling in the room. The room was really big however the vent for the ac was not near the beds so the room felt a little hot. Also the curtains were very thin and in the morning you get disturbed by bright sunlight.

        I booked this hotel after I saw the pictures on booking.com. But when I arrived to the hotel I really regret that I payed money in this dirty place. Bad smell in room, old sofa, bed, table, chairs,etc. About bathroom has bad smell you can't bear it. Also they don't have water in room and they ask for 5 Azer for water!! Is this 4 stars hotel? 😂 I went to hotels in all the world no one ask money for water which is one of things they have to provide to guests. Bad experience with this hotel !!

          Booking Policy
