Amazing place to stay! We spent 5 nights there for our honeymoon and it was the perfect place for us. The villa was spacious inside and out with a beautiful infinity pool. Really friendly service and wonderful food. Good location, a short drive to the centre of Ubud with lots to see and do. Couldn't recommend enough!

We spent 3 nights at this resort and it was an amazing experience. Staff are really helpful and friendly; clean room and impeccable service. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing vacation :)

Our room, the pool, the view, the bathroom where absolutly amazing!!! The staff is very kind and helpfull! 10 minutes by car in the city center! Perfect location!❤️

Fantastic view and very peaceful. The Villa Royal across two floors was really great. Especially the outdoor area with the large pool and Jacuzzi. You have a beautiful view of the jungle and even sunset from the ground floor, as well as from the bedroom on the upper ground. Also the way to the respective villas is done nicely, you can reach A to B with a small cable car. However, the breakfast was not good. There was a large selection, the evening before you choose your own breakfast, but the food was unfortunately not tasty at all. This would definitely have to be improved for the price. Neither the eggs, nor the French toast etc. tasted good. When I once ordered Nasi Goreng to the room, this was also anything but tasty. Better to go outside for authentic food! Also, the air conditioning was very old and noisy. And when we checked into the villa, the ceiling fan and lights were not working on the ground floor. This should be checked before the guests enter the villa, because it took a long time to fix this and then you had the technicians constantly around in your villa, which is not optimal if you want to enjoy your peace. From the facility itself you should not expect much, as the gym did not have much equipment. We would definitely come back if the above points are improved. The view was unique.

I had a problem with the electric city in the hole royal suite, since we came it's keeping turning off several times even when we are sleeping (Air-condition & lights) turn off. This is not the stander for a hotels. I recommend for the one who will book here to bring their own candles, wifi & fans. It's not Acceptable at all. After the issued that I faced last days, I appreciated the complimentary they provided ( apologies several times to me, special treatment & massage session) Instead of the issue. The staff were very respectful, helpful & friendly with me Thank you Ayuterra resort Staff🙏🏻
